PLA 3D Filament Masterbatch

Full PLA Compatibility: Pure PLA carrier ensures excellent miscibility with base resin and fully retains biodegradable performance without compromising filament mechanical properties.

Uniform Dispersion: Well-dispersed additives avoid agglomeration, effectively preventing nozzle clogging and ensuring smooth 3D printing.

Stable Performance: Great thermal stability and consistent color batch-to-batch, delivering smooth filament surface and high printing finish.

Cost-Effective Usage: High concentration formula allows low addition rate, simplifying processing and reducing production costs.

Product Description of PLA 3D Filament Masterbatch

PLA 3D filament masterbatch is a color-concentrated granular additive based on polylactic acid carrier resin. It is specially developed for coloring and functional modification of PLA 3D-printing filaments, and manufactured by compounding pigments, dispersants and processing aids under high-temperature extrusion.

Derived from renewable raw-material sources, the masterbatch retains the biodegradable property of PLA resin. It has good pigment dispersion, stable color consistency and excellent compatibility with PLA matrix, which can effectively reduce printing defects and deliver smooth molding performance for fused deposition modeling.

Product Application of PLA 3D Filament Masterbatch

This masterbatch uses PLA as the carrier resin, keeping the finished 3D printing filament compostable and well adapted to common extrusion processing temperatures. It can not only provide regular solid colors, but also create diversified decorative surface effects, such as silk, matte, marble, gradient and rainbow appearances for personalized printed parts. Produced through melting, blending and pelletizing, the pellets achieve uniform pigment dispersion inside the PLA matrix. It effectively reduces color streaks during filament production and satisfies the color-customization demands of fused-deposition modeling 3D-printing materials.
